@ CHINATOWN

Come join us in Chinatown. "Japanese-Americans stand with our Chinese-American brothers and sisters, today, on the 135th Anniversary of the passage of the Chinese Exclusion Act (1882), we stand together in solidarity to resist the Muslim travel ban and anti-immigrant and refugee policies. Excluding immigrants on the basis of race and religion was wrong then and it’s wrong now! #resist#asiansresist #resistance #resistanceauntie #fight for a #betterfuture #equity #equality #peace #love #unity #momslife #blm #chineseexclusionact #japaneseinternment #community -Our Japanese American community maybe small but our culture is large and we represent.-"

AT THE SYMPHONY (DAVIES)

THE DANISH NATIONAL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA PLAYS BEETHOVEN'S SYMPHONY NO. 3, EROICA

Outstanding American soprano, Deborah Voigt, joins the Danish National Symphony Orchestra, led by conductor Fabio Luisi, for Wagner’s lush Wesendonck Lieder. Hailed for her “profound feeling for text and subtleties of musical style,” (The Wall Street Journal) Voigt’s affinity and talent for Wagnerian repertoire is put on full display. Then, hear Beethoven’s groundbreaking Eroica Symphony, a work whose grand scope forever changed the symphonic form.

"WU TANG CLAN AIN'T NUTHIN TA FUCK WIT"

Wu Tang Clan show at the Warfield was Alright...  I mean it seemed they were missing Method Man and RZA, so I suppose they did the best they could filling those places?  I guess I'll have to see them with the full roster.   Anyway, it was still fun, it was a full house and the warm up DJ played some great Hip Hop!
